Residential Downtown

Downtown Burj Khalifa, also known simply as Downtown, is probably the most prestigious address in Dubai, thanks to its center piece - the Burj Khalifa - the tallest tower in the world. The district’s design allows for a pedestrian lifestyle, a rarity in Dubai. Elegantly landscaped, palm trees - which are lit up at night - line the wider avenues. Thanks to a mix of residential accommodation, offices, hotels and retail facilities, including the gigantic Dubai Mall and the traditional Souk al Bahar, residents feel like they are living in a mini-city, dubbed the ‘new center’ of Dubai, which has everything on their doorstep.

Downtown district is located along Sheikh Zayed Road on north-west part of Dubai. Its south part is bordered by Business Bay and north-east side touches Financial Centre Road, which isolates it’s from Zabeel 2 and World Trade Centre. The district occupies almost 45 million square feet consist around 30,000 residential units with open green spaces, lakes and other water elements like fountains. It is well connected with Dubai Metro by Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro Station.

Being a pedestrian area, the highlights of living in Downtown is that everything is within walking distance including the biggest mall in the world, the Dubai Fountains, Souk al Bahar and many amenities with most developments having their own supermarket. The nearest metro station is at most a 15-minute walk from any development and you have everything on your doorstep, including lots of fantastic restaurants. Dubai International Airport is also only 15 minutes by car.
